1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website prestigeautoship.com and any auto-transport brokerage and related services provided by Prestige Auto Shipping ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the site, requesting a quote, communicating with us by phone / SMS / MMS / email / chat, or booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Prestige Auto Shipping is a licensed auto-transport broker. We coordinate door-to-door vehicle shipping by connecting customers with vetted, properly licensed and insured motor carriers. We are not the carrier ourselves except where expressly stated; the carrier assigned to your shipment is solely responsible for the physical transport of your vehicle and maintains its own cargo insurance.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided by Prestige Auto Shipping are estimates based on the information you supply (route, vehicle, dates, transport type) and the current market.
• Quotes are typically valid for 2–7 days; supply, demand, and route conditions may change a previously quoted price if not booked within that window.
• Hidden fees are not added. All-in pricing is provided up front. Any optional add-ons (expedited service, top-load, enclosed upgrade) are clearly priced.
• No upfront full payment is required. A small dispatch fee may be due at booking; the balance is due upon delivery.

4. Booking, Pickup & Delivery

• Booking your shipment indicates acceptance of the dispatched carrier and the assigned pickup window.
• You or an authorized representative must be present at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other reasonable factors outside our control.
• Personal items left inside the vehicle are not covered by carrier cargo insurance and are shipped at your own risk.

5. SMS / MMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our quote form, chat widget, or by replying to one of our messages, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Prestige Auto Shipping regarding your quote, shipment status, customer service, and related service communications.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS / MMS unless you opt back in.

6. Insurance and Damage Claims

• Every motor carrier in our network is required to maintain valid cargo insurance, with copies of certificates available upon request.
• Any damage to your vehicle that occurs during transport must be noted on the delivery Bill of Lading BEFORE you sign and accept the vehicle. Signing a clean Bill of Lading after delivery waives your right to file a damage claim.
• Claims are filed against the assigned carrier's cargo insurance policy. Prestige Auto Shipping will assist with claim coordination but is not the insurer.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pickup window are free.
• Cancellations within 7 days of pickup may be subject to a dispatch fee if a carrier has already been assigned.
• Once a carrier is en route to your pickup address, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate the carrier for the dispatched trip.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to provide false or misleading information, to attempt to disrupt or attack our website, or to harass any of our employees, drivers, or carriers. We reserve the right to refuse service in our reasonable discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on prestigeautoship.com — including logos, text, images, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Prestige Auto Shipping and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Estimated transit times and quote ranges are good-faith projections, not guarantees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Auto Shipping's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the shipment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prestige Auto Shipping and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
